Chloe Norgaard is just the most undeniably hottest thing right now. If you cannot agree, then pleaseee do stop reading... She is by far the best thing on the runways these days... my does Charlotte Free have her work cut out. Between the pink and rainbow hair, how to choose between the two? It's just not possible, but for now I will say that Ms. Norgaard is the next big thing. She also wins extra brownie points due to the throwback henna tattoo arm-bands and chokers... taa taa for now xo.
